The Royal Purnama is an exclusive beachfront boutique resort (49 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) offering stylish accommodation, delicious food and exemplary service to sophisticated travelers from all over the world. Located halfway between Sanur and Ubud on Purnama Beach (Sukawati), the resort is also serving as an ideal romantic wedding venue for couples.
Requirements for this position:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar position
- Expert knowledge of overseeing an effective Social Media strategy and in charge of creating attractive content regarding our Hotel-, Restaurant-, Spa- and Wedding business to present our luxury brand on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter.
- Fluent in English, able to write in English without spelling- and grammatical errors
- Pro-active approach to capture imagery (photo/video) of resort/activities taking place in and around the resort/product offerings to be used for socmed
- Able to create a Social Media Plan for the different channels and implement content editorial calendars to manage content Able to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the Social Media activities and improve on it
- Able to leverage the right tools to manage content In charge of monitoring users’ engagement and feedback on every post Engages in proactive online Reputation Management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in all Social Media channels and responding promptly with additional follow-up if needed.
- Develops and executes promotions/ marketing campaigns in a timely manner for F&B, weddings, spa and rooms through relevant Digital and Social Media channels.
- Builds a network with third parties (influencers, online platforms, online media etc)
- Collaborates with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure that posts are engaging A Pre would be the ability to know how to make and edit photos and videos, and make graphic designs by yourself
