1. Front Office Reservation

Requirement For Front Office Reservation:

• Maximum of age 30 years old
• Hotel background by min D3-S1 graduated 
• Has minimum 2 years experience in similar position 
• Strong at OTA & Offline Agent, Reservation Knowlegde, 
• Upselling Service Knowlegde 
• Marketing knowledge, can strategize and execute marketing plan to support sales and brand awareness 
• Good English oral and written skills preferable 
• Familiar with VHP system & Social Media Marketing 
• Has other languages is advantage 
• Familiar with M. Excel and Outlook Express email 
• Well groomed and demonstrative person 
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadliness 
• Loyal, honest and high motivated Active & Initiative at work 
• Able to join immediately
